Kenya is a land of diverse beauty that is a haven to many for varied reasons - from spectacular wildlife, with over 10% of the country's landmass designated for wildlife conservation; miles and miles of pristine beach, some of the most picturesque on the Indian Ocean's East African coastline; outstanding geographical features occasioned by the Great Rift Valley of Africa which runs through Kenya from North to South, and has endowed the country with scenic valleys and lakes with thriving eco-systems, and peaks including Africa's second highest, Mt. Kenya; the western frontier marked by the expanse Lk. Victoria;  rich cultural heritage and pleasant, tropical weather all year, amongst others.

With direct flight connections with 4 continents - Africa, Asia, Europe, North America; and the Middle East and Indian subcontinents, access to Kenya is easy, and this has buoyed Kenya's growing profile as the region's economic hub and gateway. Kenyans are remarkably warm, having long perfected the art of welcoming visitors over the course of centuries since the earliest recorded visitors.

Take the opportunity of Kenya's participation at the 2019 WTM to discover and sample the best of destination Kenya.

To get the most out of your Kenyan trip, book with ethical operators who are members of KTF through their respective trade associations.
