ITB INDIA 2020 - CALL FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST TO PARTICIPATE

ITB India is an annual three day tradeshow and convention organized by Messe Berlin (Singapore), bringing together key travel industry leaders and international exhibitors from various segments of MICE, Leisure, Corporate and Travel & Technology and connecting them to the Indian Travel Market as well as South Asia.

 

2020 ITB India is scheduled to take place from 15th - 17th April in Mumbai.  The show brings together key travel industry leaders and international exhibitors from various segment of MICE, Leisure, Corporates and travel.

 

Kenya Tourism Federation (KTF) views ITB India as a potential market for Kenya to explore as an added show to the current WTM London and Africa. In this ambition, we plan to organize participation under the KTF private sector umbrella representing Magical Kenya brand participate at this show with 10 companies for starters, as this market share continues to grow.

 

Stand space and model at ITB India is of Booth set-up sold in multiples of 9sqms; being a basic shell scheme of 9sqm that will cost participation fee USD 4,600 (Inclusive of administrative cost) per booth.  The 9sqms booth can be shared by two companies or if one company choses to utilize the whole space.  

 

The entitlements of 9sqm booth are:

  • Two(2) Exhibitors Badges
  • One(1) Appointment Set inclusive of entity listing
